Layaway Options and Policies

Option 1:Requires 20% downpayment and allows up to 30 days to pay the item off completely.

Option 2:Requires 40% downpayment and allows up to 60 days to pay the item off completely .  

A minimum purchase of $200 is required. In the event the item isn't paid off completely by the deadline, we transfer the paid amount to store credit. 

 Refund Policy, Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Items damaged upon receiving need to be reported to our team via phone, e-mail, or Instagram accounts within 3 working days of the delivery. We will be able to offer a replacement or refund for the item as long as it is reported in a reasonable amount of time. In most cases we will need to wait for the damaged/faulty item to get back to us (we will reimburse return shipping costs) before we can replace or refund the item

Please mark the outer packaging of your return with your order number or invoice  and ensure the parcel has suitable packaging for transit.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Tobacco or Vape products

Any smoking devices that have been used (even once)

Any quartz accessories

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errorAny item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance/requiring signature upon delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
